Married on 2 April 1872 at the Perranuthnoe, At the time of the wedding Jane was resident in the Victoria Inn at Perranuthnoe and like his father, Richard was a miner living at Goldsithney. Richard was the son of Benjamin Badge.  Witnesses were Eliza Taylor and Richard Symons.
